Work Order is a general tool that enables management user to raise a action task, assign to user or users for carrying out and complete the task, and revert to management user to close the completed task. A task can be raised for customer services, general management office matters, building maintenance issues, reminders etc.

When assigning task from one user to another, various instant notification methods can be deployed including Personal Organizer Inbox task alert, email, SMS and smart phone app notifications to the task assignee or recipient. Assigned task not attended by the assignee after some preset deadline can be escalated to assignee’s reporting officer for wider attention.
