Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers
In year 2012 CSS entered into exclusive collaboration agreement with MIPFM (Malaysia Institute Of Professional Property and Facility Managers) as the official software vendor for the institute. MIPFM has adopted CSS property management system processes as industry standard, and has been strongly recommending CSS to all professional property consultants under the institute, government agencies and universities since then.
PEPAM
Officially launched in July 2018, CSS Strata e-Filing portal is a collaboration between Persatuan Pegawai Penilaian Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan Malaysia (PEPAM) and CSS Strata Management Sdn Bhd (CSS). With its servers resided in Cyberjaya data centre, CSS Strata acts as an agent for online filing of documents, including AGM report, audited financial report, minutes of meeting and purchaser list, by JMBs and MCs to respective COBs on routine basis as required under Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757).
